TERMS OF SALES

« Posters we love » is an online gallery of antique original vintage posters. We specialy care about our customers satisfaction. Any question is welcome.

We sell only high quality posters in good condition, often mounted on linen or japan paper. Some are restored carefully.

Our posters can be framed or integrated into a collection immediately. They are original, authentic and described with precision and loyalty.

We add posters regularly. Please, add our website in your favorites !

Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). They are based on public demand, scarcity, condition, format.

Above CHF 1.000.- a price range is given. Feel free to ask us for the price, for more informations or more pictures.

Order

Any offer is valid eight days.

The buyer makes his order by email. He must give his personal datas for billing and shipping. Each transaction is treated confidentialli and safely. None will be shared or sold to any third party.

At the price of the poster are added the shipping costs. The customs import taxes are at the buyer’s charge.

Payment

Payment must be made in advance within eight days from reception of the proforma invoice sent by email. After this time, the poster is relisted.

For payment we accept:

• Paypal

• Visa ou Bank Transfer with IBAN and BIC (all bank fees charged to the buyer)

• For France only, we accept bank checks (shipping after cashing the check).

Shipment

The shipment is made within a period of five days from receipt of payment.

International shipment is generally provided by the Swiss Post or by FedEx.

If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address informations or because it was declined or undeliverable, we reserve the right to retain all incurred costs (shipping costs, bank fees, etc.).

Claim

In case of problem or claim, the buyer must inform the gallery « Posters we love » within three days after reception of the poster.

Return policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If a poster does not meet your expectations, it may be returned in the same package in exchange for a future purchase credit that equals the amount billed less expenses (shipping costs, bank fees, etc.).

If the real poster condition is different as we advertised, « Posters we love » will bear all the costs related to its return.

Any purchase implies acceptance of these terms of sale.

Poster condition

In our descriptions, the poster condition is described with the following rules :

• A: Excellent condition. Beautiful colors and paper. Possibly a minor defect.

• A-: Good condition with minor defects (pinholes, small tears or creases, etc.). Possibly minor defects restored.

• B: Fair with some apparent defects (clearly visible creases, light-stained colors, tears, little missing pieces, etc). Often restored.

• C: The missing pieces are more important and restored.
